Pillar Two

Parasite Clearing

This is the Pillar of Purification—a space to explore the ancestral and herbal tools for removing unwanted guests and stagnant energies. Many cultures understand parasites not only as physical organisms, but also as energetic patterns that disturb balance.

This pillar invites cautious, intentional clearing with herbs known for their deep purifying abilities. This is not a phase of aggression, but of respectful disentanglement.

Disclaimer: This section is not medical advice. Parasite cleanses can have strong effects on digestion, liver, and mood. Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning a cleanse, especially if pregnant, immunocompromised, or taking medications.

🌿 Gentle Parasite Protocol (10–21 days)

  • Black walnut hull extract or tincture

  • Wormwood (low dose, rotate if needed)

  • Clove (capsule or tea for egg disruption)

Optional additions:

  • Neem, pau d’arco, mimosa pudica

  • Dosage rhythm: 5 days on, 2 days off OR alternate days to avoid resistance

🔄 Safety & Adjustment Tips

  • Start slow—low dose, observe symptoms

  • Use binders (e.g., activated charcoal) 2–3 hours after herbs if needed

  • Watch for detox signs: irritability, brain fog, fatigue

  • Support elimination: magnesium or triphala, hydration

Invitations for the Body

These protocols are based on ancestral herbal formulas used across cultures for centuries. Consistency, rest, and safe pacing are key. Adjust to your own rhythm.

⚗️ Core Parasite Blend

Black Walnut Hull (Juglans nigra)
Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)
Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium)

  • Form: Tincture, capsule, or tea blend

  • Basic Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off (or alternate days if sensitive)

  • Start Slow: Begin with half-dose; observe stool, dreams, digestion, mood

  • Duration: 10–21 days typical; may repeat every season

  • Best Taken With: Food or warm herbal tea to ease digestion

🌿 Optional Supporting Herbs (used alone or in rotation)

  • Neem (Azadirachta indica): anti-parasitic and antibacterial

  • Pau d’Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa): fungal/candida support

  • Mimosa Pudica Seed: sticky seed fiber; binds to parasites

💧 Hydration & Binding

  • Drink 1.5–2 L/day of water with electrolytes or lemon

  • Use a binder like activated charcoal or bentonite clay every 2–3 days to reduce “die-off” symptoms (see Pillar 3)

🛌 Rest & Rhythm

  • Parasite protocols can be energetically intense

  • Sleep more if needed, limit stressors, and use heat packs or grounding stones on belly

  • Note any increase in vivid dreams, emotional release, or skin detox—these are normal

🧠 Tracking and Adjustments

Keep a parasite journal to record:

  • Dosage and herb used

  • Bowel movement quality and frequency

  • Emotional shifts or physical symptoms

  • Moon phase (many follow lunar cycles: full and new moons for deeper clearing)

⚠️ Cautions

  • Not for use during pregnancy or if severely underweight

  • Consult a professional if on medications (esp. blood pressure, anticoagulants, or immunosuppressants)

  • Watch for excessive fatigue, nausea, or dizziness—these are signs to pause or reduce dosage

Cleansing the body of what does not belong is a practice as old as the ancestors. Parasite clearing is not only a physical act—it is a ceremonial release, a return to inner clarity. If you feel burdened, foggy, or overrun, know that you are allowed to shed what no longer serves. May this pillar offer you courage, rhythm, and safety in the release. As old forms leave, space opens for light to enter.
